• Tickets Sales – Names and Email Addresses for two years. Kept after the event for use in the event of dispute, refund or query
• Table Bookings – Details given will be retained for two years. Kept after the event for use in the event of dispute, refund or query
• Newsletters/Email Mailings – Information will be held till the end of the show
